The Role
What awaits you
You are responsible for the payroll administration of approximately 30 mandates of varying sizes and are the contact person for employees, authorities, and insurance companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Monthly payroll runs including payments and booking receipts
- Registrations and deregistrations with social insurances and withholding tax
- Year-end work, salary statements, and social insurance declarations
- Processing of illness, accident, and maternity cases
- Information to mandates regarding payroll and insurance law matters
Your Profile
- Commercial apprenticeship with further training in human resources or social insurance
- Experience with payroll accounting in a fiduciary environment or a human resources department
- Knowledge of digital payroll accounting an advantage
- Discretion, accuracy, and a friendly demeanor
