The Role

What awaits you

As a mandate manager, you will be responsible for a fixed portfolio of SMEs and family businesses from the Lake Zurich region. You will work independently, with direct contact to clients and short decision-making paths within the team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing your own client portfolio across all fiduciary services
  • Preparation of interim and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
  • VAT declarations and tax returns for companies and owner families
  • Consulting on accounting, liquidity, and organizational matters
  • Professional guidance for apprentices and administrative staff

Your Profile

  • Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary Services or equivalent qualification
  • At least three years of experience in a fiduciary company
  • Proficiency in digital document processing
  • Native German speaker, English an advantage
  • Independent, committed way of working and enjoyment of client contact

Annual working hours, two days home office per week

Five weeks holiday, six weeks from 40 years of age
