01Network

What is Crefida?

Crefida is the brand under which the member firms of the Crefida Network provide their professional services. Together, these firms form the Crefida Network. The term «Crefida» can refer to individual firms within the network, or to several or all firms collectively.

In many countries, fiduciary, tax, and consulting firms are legally obliged to be locally organised, independently managed, and legally autonomous. For this reason, the Crefida Network cannot operate as a single multinational enterprise or a global partnership.

The Crefida Network therefore consists of legally independent firms that have committed to collaborate to offer their clients high-quality services. The member firms operate according to common quality standards, methods, and principles, and exchange expertise and resources when needed to provide clients with the best possible support.

Although the firms may operate under the Crefida brand, each firm remains an independent legal entity. No member firm acts as an agent of another firm, and each is exclusively liable for its own acts and omissions. Accordingly, no firm is liable for the debts or obligations of another firm within the network.
