Contact details (name, email, phone, company), content of your inquiries, and mandate data necessary for accounting, auditing, taxes, and consulting.

When visiting the website, technical data is generated: IP address, date and time, page viewed, browser and device type.

Provision of our services, answering inquiries, fulfilling legal obligations, and operating and securing the website.

Disclosure only occurs if it is necessary for the provision of the service, if you consent, or if we are legally obliged to do so. Service providers are contractually bound to confidentiality.

Following your consent to statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-9XPC1EQLNV) from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Pseudonymised usage data such as pages visited, time spent, approximate location, device, and source of origin are collected. The IP address is shortened.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, Art. 31 DPA). No Google script will be loaded without consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Also, only with your consent to statistics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity (project ID yhn99k0b9j) from Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Clarity records pseudonymised usage patterns (clicks, scroll behaviour, mouse movements, page views) to improve usability and content. Inputs in forms are masked. The legal basis is your consent; transfer to the USA is possible, secured by standard contractual clauses.

The website is hosted by Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated, San Francisco, USA) and delivered via a Content Delivery Network. Technical server logs (IP address, time, accessed address, browser ID) are generated, which serve for secure and stable operation and are deleted after a short period. Additionally, the platform collects anonymous reach measurement without cookies. The domain crefida.ch is managed by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva (Switzerland); email traffic runs via Microsoft 365 with data storage in data centers in Switzerland.

For the language versions German, English, Italian, and French, we store text translations in a cloud database (Supabase, hosted in the EU). Only website texts are processed, no personal data of visitors.

We use the information entered in the contact and application forms exclusively to process your inquiry or application. To protect against automated submissions, we technically check whether a hidden field has been filled in and how quickly the form is submitted. Application documents are deleted no later than six months after the conclusion of the process, unless you agree to longer retention.

Furthermore, we do not integrate any external services: no third-party fonts, no map, video, or social media embeddings, and no advertising networks. References to our profiles on social networks are simple links; data transfer only occurs when you click on them.

We retain mandate documents for ten years in accordance with the Code of Obligations. Other data is deleted as soon as the purpose ceases to apply.

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. An email to kontakt@crefida.ch is sufficient.

Transmission occurs encrypted. Access to mandate data is restricted to responsible employees and is logged.
