Barrierefreiheit

Accessible to All

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible — regardless of visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive impairments, and regardless of the device used.

Our Commitment

We adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, as well as the requirements of the Swiss Disability Equality Act (BehiG). We view accessibility as an ongoing process and re-evaluate the website with every major adjustment.

Implemented Measures

  • Continuous keyboard usability including visible focus outlines.
  • Skip link “Skip to content” at the beginning of each page.
  • Semantic structure with clear heading hierarchy and main content area.
  • Alternative texts for informative images, empty alternative texts for decorative elements.
  • Form fields with firmly linked labels.
  • Colour contrasts and font sizes for good readability; zoom up to 200% possible.
  • Responsive layout and sufficiently large interactive areas on mobile devices.
  • Correct language annotation (German/Switzerland) for screen readers.

Known Limitations

Some embedded third-party content and older PDF documents may not yet fully meet the requirements. We are working to gradually replace this content. If you need a document in an accessible format, we will gladly provide it to you.
